• 12' x 12' stall with ComfortStall flooring or rubber mats
• Outdoor mud-free paddocks
• Daily stall cleaning
• 80' x 160' covered arena with lights for evening use, watered in summer
• 60' round arena with all-weather mud-free footing
• Individual storage cabinet in tack room
• Daily turnout
• Eastern Oregon meadow grass hay, fed one to three times per day, depending on season
• Grain fed once per day
